Maharaja Authentic Indian Cuisine

I recently visited Maharaja Restaurant in Stirling, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the UK. The food has the real, authentic Punjabi Indian taste that is very hard to find here. Every dish was full of rich flavour, perfectly balanced spices, and that true homely Punjabi touch. It genuinely felt like tasting proper Indian food for the first time in the UK. The service was just as impressive. Jasveer Kaur took care of our table, and she was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. She served us with such kindness and professionalism that it really made our visit even more special. She’s truly a wonderful person and a credit to the restaurant. If you want authentic Punjabi flavours and top-class service, Maharaja Restaurant Stirling is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Came in with no booking after a very long drive and got seen to very quickly. Despite being very busy, service was fantastic and the food was incredible, and arrived in really good time. We would 100% recommend! (Go for the butter chicken masala)

An absolute gem! I'm from the SF Bay Area which has a plethora of Indian restaurants. This is better than most places back home for food, service, and atmosphere. Very reasonable prices and generous portions, too. Wish we were here for a few more days just to be able to come back.

Ordered chilli paneer and vegetable pakora to start - both delicious. Then for mains we got a paneer royal delight curry, peshwari naan, and the mixed biriyani which was absolutely fabulous Real fresh tasting, and despite eating a lot was able to walk out (instead of roll)! Highly recommend.

The coconut madras was very pleasantly spicy and hot. Even though it does not taste much of coconut, it's was very tasty. The Bunjaby style lamb instead was amazing. It has a very aromatic nutty taste. The staff was very kind and attentive. Greatly enjoyed our dinner time there B⁠-⁠)
